JOB SUMMARY
Truvian is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Office and Chief Operating Officer (COO) as we enter our next phase of our evolution. In this role, he or she must possess extreme organizational skills, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a fast-paced organization. In this role you will manage complex calendars for both internal and external meetings, plan travel, and provide other administrative support. You will represent Truvian with high integrity, professionalism, acumen, and deliver flawless work output. This role will report directly to the Vice President, People & Culture.

SALARY RANGE
$100,000 - $118,000
This range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. Placement within the compensation range is determined by internal equity and relevant qualifications.

Broadly, this role is responsible for supporting the CEO and COO, and occasionally members of their senior staff. You will:
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
- Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
- Organize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation
- Process expense reports for executive team members
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
- Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for executive meetings
- Strong sense of business acumen
- Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
- Bachelors Degree preferred;
- Experience in medical device/IVD highly desired
- A minimum of 10 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting C-Suite and other senior executives
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- Excellent analytical abilities, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Must conduct business with a high degree of accuracy and integrity
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
