About this role
In this role, you will establish yourself as an experienced subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent, all the while enhancing our mission and Transcarent values.
What you’ll do
- Engage and partner with the hiring managers and/business unit leader(s) to understand hiring requirements, products and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools.
- Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers partnering with hiring managers, HR BPs, and compensation when appropriate.
- Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority.
- Build teams from the ground up; specifically, around new offering or product and services.
- Champion Diversity: You'll find and establish relationships with diversity organizations that results in the identification of diverse mid- and senior-level talent.
- Advise: Be the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use data to influence change, map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, then execute consistently.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating closely with talent acquisition leaders and hiring managers to provide top technology focused talent to the organization
- Establishes and maintains successful relationships with colleges, community partners, search firms, professional associations, and other organizations to ensure Transcarent is viewed as the “Employer of Choice” in the industry.
- Manages applicant tracking system, ensuring applicant status updates are made regularly, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers is updated in the system.
- Identifies and recommends solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Train and coach managers on Top Grading and behavioral interviewing processes.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years tech, science or related fields recruiting experience
- Experience in managing multiple complex requistions, including niche or never before seen talent.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, while
- ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
- Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system.
- Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
- Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location
You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
