About this role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team, driving campaigns that connect people to better health and care.
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of campaigns from kickoff to launch, keeping timelines on track, staying close to the content and creative work, and ensuring what we produce drives impact. You’ll work as a partner who knows the work well enough to ask smart questions, give productive feedback, and help make sure the end result hits the mark.
Day to day, you’ll work side by side with designers, writers, and channel owners to understand their needs, clear roadblocks, and keep momentum high. You’ll streamline workflows like briefs, reviews, and handoffs, and get the most out of the tools we use so projects move faster and smoother.

What you’ll do
- Lead integrated campaigns across brand, commercial, and member marketing, from kickoff through launch.
- Partner closely with designers, writers, and channel leads — understanding their needs and helping them do their best work.
- Manage project timelines, creative reviews, and production workflows to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive process improvements, refine workflows, and maximize the tools we use so work moves faster and smarter.
- Oversee campaign inception for high-priority launches and manage creative deliverables for ongoing requests.
- Keep a close eye on quality — ensuring all assets are purposeful, polished, and on brand.
- Gather and act on feedback to improve briefs, streamline review cycles, and make communications clearer and more effective.
Your Experience
- 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
- Strong understanding of the creative process — from concept through design and production.
- Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple collaborators and deliverables.
- Familiarity with creative production tools and workflows; ability to optimize how teams use them.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience setting up, managing, and refining project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar), building structure, workflows, and reporting that keep teams aligned and accountable.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer marketing — whether from healthcare, retail, CPG, tech, travel, or other industries where shaping consumer behavior and engagement is core.
- Background in both campaign management and creative production.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, brand campaigns, and member engagement programs.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location
You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
