About this role

Our team is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Account Management to help us reach our mission of making it easy for people to access high-quality, affordable health and care. In this role, you will focus on building and cultivating deep relationships with your team, think critically about issues

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of account coordinators, commercial account managers, and national account managers.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive change within complex and fast-moving organization
  • Navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems, including those with conflicting stakeholder views.
  • Establish, cultivate, and manage key relationships with our strategic clients.
  • Accountable for client loyalty, satisfaction, and account growth
  • Identify and alleviate internal constraints for your team.
  • Collaborate with - and become a trusted advisor to - internal managers and executives across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and clinical departments.
  • Develop and obtain buy-in on the renewal process and be accountable for advancing growth strategy within team book.
  • Set and monitor team performance metrics, ensuring they align with OKRs.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset focused on translating data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time, with overnight travel included.
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$170,000$200,000 USD

Total Rewards

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
