Three Bears Alaska is looking to fill a GM (General Merchandise) HABA (Health and Beauty Aid) PIC (person in charge) position. The successful candidate will be trained to run all aspects of the GM/HABA department within the store. Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of the GM/HABA department as well as assisting in assigning tasks, scheduling, and training team members, ordering merchandise and monitoring the progress of objectives. You will help to ensure the store is running properly through the efficient operation of the GM/HABA department.

Qualified applicants must be skilled in customer service, multi-tasking, and delegation. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
