Roles & Responsibilities:- Support GP and team in day-to-day operations, strategy, and relationship management across founders, LPs, and co-investors.- Research, diligence, and source startups across AI and beyond.- Drive portfolio support across hiring, customers, follow-ons, and fundraising.- Build VC CRM and internal software stack, including data pipelines.- Support operations: reporting, compliance, legal, and finance.- Help with content such as podcasts, blog, and newsletters. Qualifications:- Strong research/analysis and written/verbal communication skills.- Hands-on teammate with extreme ownership and initiative.- Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.- Experience building product and ops; strong analytical/financial modeling skills.
