Roles & Responsibilities:- Support Soma founders with hiring, fundraising, GTM/product/ops.- Help with sourcing new investments and building community (events, content).- Portfolio support including follow-on rounds, networking, and strategy.- Build and improve internal systems; research and diligence.- Fundraising ops and LP relations. Qualifications:- Analytical, balanced communicator; able to work effectively within a small team.- Ability to balance multiple projects and work on tight deadlines.- Quantitative as well as qualitative market research (e.g., market sizing, valuation comps) preferred.- New York or Miami preferred; SF or remote possible.
