Roles & Responsibilities:- Build internal tools and data pipelines that unify portfolio metrics into dashboards.- Build integrations and automation (e.g., Slack bots, CRM improvements) and AI workflows.- Work closely with the GP and small team to prioritize and ship. Qualifications:- Strong software engineering fundamentals; product-minded and execution-focused.- Experience with data engineering and building internal tools in a startup environment.
