What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and support all administrative tasks within the office and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Perform receptionist duties: welcome visitors, answer, and make direct calls.

  • Receive and categorize incoming and outgoing mail, manage correspondence.

  • Establish office policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed appropriately.

  • Assist in planning office layouts and relocations, as well as manage and maintain IT infrastructure.

  • Manage office budgets.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and office management, and design and implement new systems.

  • Provide additional administrative support as required, including scheduling team meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports.

  • Coordinate with other departments to establish processes as needed.

What We Look For

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Over 3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge of basic HR processes and practices, including employee training, benefits management, and record-keeping.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive, cooperative attitude.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
