About Mavis X

Mavis X is an extension of Sky Mavis, focusing on the gaming industry in both traditional and NFT games. We are committed to creating high-quality gaming experiences and making Axie World accessible to everyone.

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our mobile game's user acquisition strategy, driving consistent and sustainable growth through performance-focused campaigns. You'll wear many hats, from crafting data-driven strategies to analyzing results, optimizing campaigns, and identifying new user acquisition channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing player acquisition and ensuring a healthy return on investment for our gaming ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for user acquisition across various channels (Facebook, Google, Display Networks, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve target KPIs (Cost per Install, Lifetime Value, etc.).
  • Master the art of ad creative testing and optimization to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign data and leverage insights to continuously improve performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the game user acquisition space and implement innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the game development team and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with game features and marketing goals.
  • Manage relationships with external ad networks and partners to negotiate optimal deals and secure high-quality user acquisition.
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders, effectively communicating data-driven insights and recommendations.
