Executive assistant to the CTO is responsible for providing support and administrative assistance to the CTO and engineering team. This dynamic position requires ability to anticipate needs, critical thinking and offer problem solving with high level of professionalism.

Objectives

• Support the CTO and engineering team to communicate with stakeholders to ensure all jobs are well executed
• Arrange and coordinate the CTO’s works based on his availability and priority
• Manage the CTO calendar to provide assistance
• Serve as the CTO primary point of contact for internal and external parties
• Take part in engineering related meetings and provide reports

• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to software engineering domain
• Ability to make appropriate decisions regarding priorities and available time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English
• Proactive and self-driven
