About the Role:

Join Pangea Money Transfer as Head of Performance Marketing, where you'll lead our digital customer acquisition initiatives. Ideal for a professional with in-house marketing experience (with a foundation in agency experience a plus), this role demands expertise in scaling digital channels, managing $10M+ annual budgets, and A/B testing new campaigns; experience in SEO optimization is a strong bonus. You'll be instrumental in driving customer growth, optimizing paid and unpaid marketing strategies, and leading a team towards achieving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Drive digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and manage growing budgets effectively.
• Implement, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and mobile app install campaignstoday (experience with affiliate, display, and offline channels a plus).
• Lead continuous efficiency improvement efforts in marketing strategies, identifying opportunities and prioritizing impactful projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve key metrics including new customer growth, budget, CAC, and LTV.
• Oversee digital agency activities and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide a diverse team of marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment with marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in D2C digital marketing, preferably with recent mobile marketing experience
• Proven track record in managing large-scale budgets and driving growth
• Expertise in a range of digital marketing tools and techniques in paid media and SEO
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing strategies
