We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role is a chance to apply your analytical skills to meaningful work, helping leaders understand performance, make better decisions, and ultimately improve the health of the communities we serve.
Overall Purpose:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. This individual will help develop reporting that explains financial performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate does not need deep industry experience, but must bring strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn the nuances of healthcare finance and risk-based models.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- PowerPoint, NetSuite, SmartView skills a plus, but not required.
Essential Functions:
- Support the annual budget and forecasting processes, partnering with operations, clinical, and business leaders.
- Provide variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, explaining key business drivers.
- Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership, board meetings, and payer partner discussions.
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives, payer contracts, and market opportunities through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, data accuracy, and financial visibility for operators and executives.
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and dashboards to increase efficiency and quality of insights.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions.
Education and Experience:
- 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- MBA (or similar degree) preferred but not required.
- Healthcare experience (specifically Medicare Advantage) preferred but not required.
