Role Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, members of the Executive Team, and Board of Directors of Innventure, Inc., a publicly traded company. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion and the ability to operate effectively at the highest levels of the organization.
The EA will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of corporate governance, investor relations support, and executive operations.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced public company environment.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct support to the CEO and members of the Executive Team, including calendar management, communications, briefing materials, travel coordination, and preparation for Board and shareholder meetings.
- Support the Board of Directors in governance-related activities, including scheduling, agenda development, materials distribution via board portal (e.g., Boardvantage), and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the senior leadership team and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and on-site meetings.
- Partner with team members on preparation of meetings, presentations, events and other engagements.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of sensitive corporate records, contracts, and governance documents.
- Anticipate executive needs, prioritize issues requiring the CEO’s attention, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist with special projects related to strategic initiatives, capital markets, and corporate development.
- Foster strong working relationships across the enterprise, modeling professionalism and high ethical standards.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, actively assisting the company in streamlining procedures and enhancing productivity.
- Perform CRM administration including updates and data entry.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a public company setting.
- Knowledge of corporate governance practices, SEC/regulatory compliance, and capital markets preferred.
- Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Board portal software (e.g., Diligent, Boardvantage), and collaboration platforms.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Team player with initiative; self-starter with a strong sense of accountability.
Position is remote but local preferred. Some travel required.
