The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to define the future of intelligent pharmacy fulfilment. As a member of the product management team, you will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to make this happen. You will act as the central resource and driving force for building products and services that can satisfy customer needs in the pharmacy fulfillment space. The Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing and integrating customer feedback, specifications, technical capabilities, and justifying product direction based on business needs. This position will assist in continuing to build the iA brand with a portfolio of software, robotics, and services designed to enable pharmacies to improve safety and drive efficiency in serving pharmacy patients.
What you'll do:
- Define, execute, and communicate the product strategy to support company strategic growth objectives.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Drive the customer-focused orientation within the product organization.
- Define business cases and analyze critical metrics to inform decision making and measure success.
- Capture detailed product requirements to maximize customer adoption and customer value.
- Understand what a great product looks like, create a product roadmap to support the business strategy, go-to-market plans with a customer first mindset.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, technology leaders, and extended technology to build market differentiating capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to achieve desired outcomes through successful delivery of the product roadmap.
- Support in the writing and curation of content that helps iA customers and customer-facing teams optimize the use of iA products and services.
- Collaborate with support and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with US/other international teams, as needed.
Who you are:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a related technical field.
- Strong product management skills including managing release timelines to completion through various stakeholder and peer influences.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic workplace with high-speed engagements.
- Self-Starter and Accountable.
- Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization.
- Pharmacy/healthcare vertical understanding or experience preferred.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
It would be great if you also have:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Aha/ADO/JIRA or other road mapping tools.

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $95,934.01 to $131,909.26 , though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
