The Role:

We are seeking an innovative technical program manager (TPM) to contribute to the development of new software solutions to help iA Unleash the Full Potential of Pharmacy.

To ensure success as a TPM, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical program management in a related industry. Top-notch technical program managers combine their business knowledge with technological expertise to promote product innovation.

Along the way you’ll need to identify opportunity for improvements and put processes and tools in place to scale the program and support continual efficiency gains. You will be required to track, communicate status on and independently drive issues to resolution. Cross-team coordination, project management and an ability to learn and understand new technology are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact
• Instill best practices for portfolio documentation, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
• Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
• Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are advised by a balanced and clear representation of the relevant data
• Independently determines and pursues courses of action vital to obtaining desired results
• Communicates program updates to functional management and executive leadership
• Defines program resource needs and negotiates program resourcing plans
• Leads cross-functional teams through problem resolution including root cause analysis and corrective action
• Analyzes data and sophisticated situations involving evaluation of tangible variables to programs or collective system of projects

Systems Used:

Software – Microsoft Office Suite & Project, Smartsheets, TFS, Azure DevOps, others as necessary

Who you are:

• Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
• Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Experience working with engineering, product and/or technical program managers in a delivery organization
• Leadership, facilitation skills, strong written/verbal communication skills
• Willing to roll sleeves up and work at a tactical level to drive results

It would be great if you also have:

• 3+ years in a technical program/project function
• Well versed in iterative, agile, and prototype development practices.
• Experience working at a company through a high-growth/scaling period
• High judgement and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $84,000 to $116,000, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
