The Role:

The Senior Product Manager – Cloud (SPM) is responsible for building cloud-based products and services that address the needs of central fill pharmacies. The SPM will lead efforts to build and organize cloud services that enhance pharmacy fulfillment, focusing on data analytics, data visualization, and customer integrations, and cloud APIs. In this role, the SPM will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions. The SPM is accountable for gathering and integrating customer feedback, aligning product direction with technical capabilities and business needs, and driving continuous improvement in cloud product offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Product Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
    • Develop key product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and develop new business models.
    • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to communicate the product vision with internal and external stakeholders
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, managing timelines and deliverables.
    • Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and market demands.
    • Ensure smooth product development processes by coordinating with engineering teams to prioritize software features and conduct sprint planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with design, architecture, and development teams to deliver cloud-based products that meet customer needs.

    • Collaborate with customer support and customer training teams to ensure the iA organization is enabled to support cloud product offerings.
  • Market Insight & Customer Support:
    • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
  • Support content creation efforts to help customers and sales teams optimize the use of iA products.
  • Go-to-Market Planning:
    • Manage the launch of new features, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear communication across teams.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Act as a subject matter expert for cloud-based solutions, contributing to thought leadership activities like blogs and webinars.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year of experience in building and launching new products.
  • Strong data analytics skills and a deep understanding of data visualization. Strong skills in managing product timelines and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to define product market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Developer for customer-facing data analytics products, including data visualization, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 6+ years of B2B Product Management experience
  • Experience in Fulfillment & Distribution, Pharmacy Fulfillment, or related industries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $111,285.40 to $150,562.60, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
