As a Software Engineer II within the Customer Success Technical Engineering team, you will play a key role in supporting customer needs as well as the design and development of tools and technologies to enable efficient deployment and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will involve providing advanced software support, coding, testing, and implementing software solutions that reduce effort and improve quality. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to support our organizational objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop deployment technologies, software applications, and monitoring tools.
- Customer Support: Support troubleshooting of customer environment and software installations
- Project Scoping: Support scoping of server and software installations in the field
- Coding and Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and frameworks relevant to technology and communication systems.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and manuals for developed applications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software applications.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Adherence to Security Standards: Ensure software security measures and compliance with data protection standards in all developed applications.
Who you are:
- AS/BS Degree in a field of engineering; will consider tangible professional success in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of experience with database development/administration (MSSQL), systems administration (Windows and Linux environments), or programming languages (Python, C#, VB.net, etc.).
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
- Experience implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of communication systems, networking, or related technologies is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with specific tools, frameworks, or platforms relevant to the company’s technology stack (MSSQL, VB.net).
- Linux experience a plus
- Knowledge of Pharmacy operations and workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based services, APIs, and database management systems.
- Certification in relevant programming languages or technologies (Security+, A+, etc.).

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $81,084 to $105,409, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
