Role DescriptionAs a Community Hospitality Associate, you are the heartbeat of our Wauwatosa location at the Mayfair Collection. This role is perfect for a service-driven individual who enjoys a dynamic, people-centered environment. You support the front-of-house experience, including corporate meetings & events, oversee mail operations, and ensure our clients and guests receive an outstanding experience every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesMember & Guest Experience- The Face of Expansive: Greet every guest and client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- The Hub: Manage the Hospitality Desk, providing prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Brand Standards: Maintain a polished, organized Lounge and common areas that reflect our premium brand.
- Growth Support: Provide building tours and introductions to prospective members.
- Logistics: Receive, log, and distribute all incoming mail and packages.
- Digital Integration: Scan and upload mail to client portals for our virtual office members.
- Facility Support: Monitor office supplies, assist with basic IT/printing troubleshooting, and coordinate with property management for maintenance needs.
- Event Prep: Set up meeting rooms & event spaces
- Client Coordination: Partner with the Events team to manage logistics from booking to completion.
- Naturally Service-Oriented: You are friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Reliable: You take pride in being punctual and responsible with your assigned tasks.
