Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Center Sales Manager to lead sales and client experience at our Minneapolis location. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building lasting connections, and is passionate about helping businesses find their ideal workspace.

As a Center Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle. From prospecting and tours to closing deals and supporting long-term client satisfaction. You’ll be the face of Expansive in Minneapolis, developing partnerships in the local business and real estate communities, and playing a key role in maintaining a vibrant, welcoming workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Local Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Lead Effective Tours: Conduct engaging, consultative tours that highlight the full value of Expansive’s offerings and space flexibility.
  • Local Business Development: Proactively build relationships with local businesses, commercial real estate brokers, and strategic partners to grow our member base.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the sales process using our CRM system.
  • Client Experience: Build strong relationships with all clients, provide high-touch support, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Property Standards & Operations: Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure the center is tour-ready and meets Expansive’s standards across all shared spaces.
  • Contracts & Billing: Accurately manage agreements and billing through the Yardi KUBE system.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or service-driven industry.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and closing skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay composed and solutions-focused.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity-spotting.
