The Role

We’re seeking a driven Center Sales Manager to join our Minneapolis team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of B2B sales experience who is looking to build on their skills, take ownership of their market, and grow into a larger role over time.

You will:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and responding to inquiries.
  • Conduct tours with prospective clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build relationships with local companies, brokers, and community partners.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in CRM, keeping it accurate and up to date.
  • Deliver on monthly sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Ensure excellent client service by resolving questions and concerns quickly.
  • Partner with the Community Hospitality Manager to maintain Expansive standards across the workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in commercial real estate or coworking
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
