About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused operations leader to oversee our national Community Hospitality & Workspace Management team. You’ll lead Regional Managers and 40+ Community Managers to deliver seamless, high-value experiences for our clients across 35 US markets.
This is not a service manager role—it’s a multi-unit leadership opportunity suited for professionals experienced in leading large, distributed teams in high-touch B2B service environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead, coach, and scale a national team across 40+ locations, building a culture of accountability, performance, and excellence
- Set and manage KPIs, team structures, and service standards that drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Own the client experience from onboarding to renewal—ensuring a consistent, five-star experience for members and on-demand guests
- Analyze revenue from non-workstation services (meeting/events, on-demand offices, storage, etc.) and act on opportunities to improve
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders in Revenue, Real Estate, and HR to support company goals and drive business outcomes
We’re Looking for Someone With:
✅ 3–5+ years of experience leading multi-site operations in coworking, flexible office, CRE, or premium service environments
✅ A track record of improving B2B customer experience, retention, and location-level performance
✅ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
✅ Strong business acumen, especially around revenue reporting, forecasting, and expense control
✅ Experience in fast-paced, service-driven, professional settings—not food or beverage operations
