Center Hospitality Manager

take charge of day-to-day operations and support sales at one of our vibrant flex-office locations.
This full-time, onsite role blends hospitality, sales, and client relationship management to drive
revenue growth and create an exceptional experience for our members.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Business Development
● Conduct engaging tours, highlighting the benefits of our flexible office spaces.
● Drive revenue growth by prospecting, handling inquiries, and converting leads into
clients.
● Develop relationships with local businesses, real estate brokers, and corporate partners
to generate leads.
● Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activity and pipeline management.
● Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to position our spaces effectively.
● Work collaboratively with sales leadership to achieve monthly sales targets.
Client & Community Engagement
● Own the guest experience: You’ll manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring that every client and guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they step through the door.
● Build meaningful connections: Form strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service.
● Problem-solve and take action: From resolving client concerns to addressing operational challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track.
● Create a community: Plan and host engaging events that bring clients together, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.
● Hands-on hospitality: Assist with the upkeep of the location, support event setups, and provide occasional remote operational support.
Operations & Financial Management
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of your location, ensuring an exceptional
environment.
● Maintain financial records, process invoices, and contribute to revenue growth.
● Ensure seamless facility operations, including office setups, event support, and
workspace maintenance.
● Partner with internal teams to prioritize and address property management concerns.

What We’re Looking For:
● 3+ years of experience in a sales, hospitality, or client-facing role.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Experience with CRM tools and financial processes.
● Passion for hospitality, customer service, and community engagement.
● A self-motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic setting.

● Experience in commercial real estate, coworking, or property management.
● A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
