We’re hiring a Center Sales Manager to lead sales, operations, and client experience at two of our dynamic Chicago locations. This is your opportunity to grow your career in a role that combines sales and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting, handling inquiries, and converting leads into clients.
- Conduct engaging tours, highlighting the benefits of our flexible office spaces.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, real estate brokers, and corporate partners to generate leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activity and pipeline management.
- Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to position our spaces effectively.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to achieve monthly sales targets.
Client & Community Engagement
- Be the face of your location—welcoming clients, resolving concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
- Actively engage with members, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Plan and execute community-building events to enhance the member experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective and current clients, responding to inquiries with urgency and care.
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your location, ensuring an exceptional environment.
- Maintain financial records, process invoices, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Ensure seamless facility operations, including office setups, event support, and workspace maintenance.
- Partner with internal teams to prioritize and address property management concerns.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, hospitality, or client-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and financial processes.
- Passion for hospitality, customer service, and community engagement.
- A self-motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic setting.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in commercial real estate or coworking
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
