Community Hospitality Manager - Flex Office Space

Join our team as a Community Hospitality Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of one of our vibrant flex-office spaces. This is a part-time, onsite role where you’ll be the face of our community, ensuring that clients and guests feel right at home while keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
● Own the guest experience: You’ll manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring that every client and guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they step through the door.
● Build meaningful connections: Form strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service.
● Problem-solve and take action: From resolving client concerns to addressing operational challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track.
● Manage financials: Keep accurate financial records, including invoicing clients, and help us meet our revenue goals.
● Create a community: Plan and host engaging events that bring clients together, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.
● Support sales efforts: Partner with the Area Sales Manager to give tours, help convert prospects into clients, and contribute to our community’s growth.
● Hands-on hospitality: Assist with the upkeep of the location, support event setups, and provide occasional remote operational support.

What We’re Looking For:
● Hospitality expert: You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, or a similar industry where you’ve delivered exceptional customer service.
● Engaging communicator: You’re a natural at both verbal and written communication, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
● Organized multitasker: You’re great at managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.
● Tech-savvy: Familiar with G-Suite or equivalent office software, and comfortable with basic office equipment.
● People-oriented: You thrive on building relationships and enjoy creating welcoming environments.
● Energetic problem-solver: You’re optimistic, proactive, and able to resolve issues with confidence.
● Leadership potential: You’re a self-starter with the drive to lead and inspire others.
Bonus Points:
● A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
● Experience in property management or commercial real estate
