Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm's e-commerce division strategy to enhance our architectural solutions and services through digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage relationships that help expand into new markets and develop new client relations.
  • Oversee the creation of customized solutions that align with client objectives and architectural needs, positioning LJC as a leader in the digital architecture space.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, technology, and operations, to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Drive market awareness and promote LJC’s digital solutions to key decision-makers, establishing the firm as the go-to choice in the architectural industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies that elevate LJC's digital presence, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's vision and core values.
  • Monitor industry trends and digital innovations to identify potential areas of improvement or new opportunities for the firm.
  • Manage and track client engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture, or a related field (e.g., Urban Design, Building Technology, etc.).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, particularly in the e-commerce or digital domain.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture industry and how digital tools can be leveraged for growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a competitive market.
  • A creative problem solver with a deep understanding of how architecture can intersect with digital technology to create innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a design firm or architecture-related organization with a focus on digital strategy or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
  • A network of contacts in the architecture or construction industry that could support the expansion of LJC's e-commerce initiatives.
