The Role We Want You For

The Creative and Pursuit Manager will help by bringing our extensive collection of projects to life. This is a full-time position in which the ideal candidate understands the importance of meeting client and company goals from a branding perspective. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for creativity and problem-solving while being able to develop a working knowledge of the industry. The position will be based out of the St. Louis office.

The Specifics of the Role

• Lead the development of qualifications, proposals and presentations by managing multiple timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather the necessary technical and creative input from subject matter experts to produce visually engaging and content-rich deliverables that reflect the company’s brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams across our robust organization to develop customized marketing collateral highlighting our expertise, capabilities, and culture.
• Assist in overseeing the quality and maintenance of project information and proposal assets, to ensure consistency and ease of use among Marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in designing clean, professional marketing materials, ideally within the AEC industry.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Graphic expertise in layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills (written and visual).
• Collaborative and proactive personality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Detail oriented and problem solver.
• Knowledge and experience in an AEC Marketing Department is highly desirable.
