The Role We Want You For
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in guiding, supporting, and coordinating the Talent Management Recruiting department's practices. Your responsibilities will include searching for, recruiting, and scheduling candidates, as well as conducting interviews, placing advertisements, and networking. You will be expected to proactively identify and attract top industry professionals and oversee their onboarding process. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for potential employees, making you an essential part of our company's recruitment efforts.
The Specifics of the Role
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and manage the recruitment database to ensure up-to-date candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
- Administer job boards by posting job openings and managing applications to attract qualified candidates.
- Craft and publish compelling job descriptions to clearly communicate role expectations and attract suitable applicants.
- Review and assess resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Perform thorough reference checks to verify candidates' backgrounds and previous performance.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring all data privacy and security protocols are followed.
- Draft and extend offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the offer details.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, if required, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Participate in new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
- Assist in organizing and attending college recruiting events to engage with potential candidates and promote the company’s career opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Proven ability to conduct proactive recruiting efforts and identify top talent.
- Skilled in making cold calls to engage passive industry professionals.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to events and college fairs as needed.
