ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinician Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinicians through onboarding and ongoing operational needs to ensure readiness, efficiency, and a positive clinician experience at Array Behavioral Care. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate systems access, and workflows that align with clinical program requirements and support high quality care delivery.
The Clinician Onboarding Coordinator brings strong clinical operations expertise, technical aptitude, and sound judgment, and works closely with the Clinical Onboarding Manager, Clinician Experience Liaisons, Medical Affairs, People Operations/HR, and Clinical Leadership to ensure operational accuracy, continuity, and alignment with organizational goals.
The Clinician Onboarding Coordinator works independently on defined areas of responsibility and communicates directly with clinicians, clinical leaders, and cross functional partners to resolve issues, maintain readiness, and support a positive clinician experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage clinician preboarding operational support by executing and overseeing standardized communications, managing follow ups, and providing clear, proactive updates on onboarding progress to clinicians and internal stakeholders.
Build, maintain, and optimize clinician schedules, including initial schedule templates and ongoing adjustments, ensuring alignment with licensure requirements, availability, clinical programs, and operational capacity.
Oversee the coordination of required compliance meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling, clear communication, and complete documentation, and resolving issues that may impact clinician readiness.
Maintain accurate clinician data across Epic, Salesforce, and other internal programs.
Manage and validate clinician system access across clinical and operational platforms, resolving access discrepancies and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Support and manage assigned components of clinician preboarding, tracking progress against timelines and required milestones.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, delays, or missing requirements that may impact clinician readiness, and partner with cross functional teams to drive timely resolution.
Serve as a direct point of contact for clinicians and internal stakeholders by communicating onboarding status, expectations, and next steps with clarity and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with Clinician Experience and Operations, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, and other partners to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient execution of clinician preboarding workflows.
Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending and supporting enhancements to workflows, systems, and documentation.
Perform additional operational responsibilities as needed to support clinician readiness, operational excellence, and a positive clinician experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
1-3 years of experience in clinical operations, clinician support, healthcare administration, practice management, or credentialing/licensing coordination.
Demonstrated experience communicating directly with clinicians and clinical leaders in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
Strong working knowledge of Epic and related healthcare or operational systems; experience with Asana preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify issues, assess impact, and take appropriate action.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
POSITION LOGISTICS
Position is Remote, based in Eastern or Central time strongly preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $62,000 - $76,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
