ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contract & Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing contract generation, contract lifecycle administration, and compliance and privacy related processes that support Array’s business development, sales, and vendor relationships. This position plays a key role in enabling sales execution and organizational readiness by ensuring contracts, compliance activities, and privacy processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements. The [Job Title] will bring strong contract management expertise, attention to detail, and cross functional coordination skills, and will work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient deal progression, contract integrity, and audit ready documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead contract generation, drafting, amendments, renewals, and document control process for new and existing clients and vendors, including occasional RFPs/RFIs
Administer the contract lifecycle and contract management process in Salesforce and other applicable systems to support business objectives and ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
Develop, maintain, and update internal registries and dashboards related to compliance activities, privacy investigations, reporting, and contract renewals, providing visibility and timely alerts to support regulatory readiness.
Oversee entity compliance, including renewals, registrations, and annual report filings, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Support the Privacy Officer in the execution and ongoing maintenance of the organizational privacy program, including documentation, tracking, and process support.
Assist with privacy investigations and incident response activities by gathering information, coordinating inputs, and supporting timely and accurate resolution and reporting.
Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with multiple resources across the organization; create a positive experience assigning and collecting timely, accurate inputs from across the organization.
Manage and update corporate “templated” content using tools such as Asana, DocuSign, Salesforce, MS-Word, and MS-Teams (SharePoint)
Develop an understanding of Array’s business model, sales process, and required documentation, and participate in relevant team meetings, opportunity reviews, and planning sessions to support timely execution of contract related deliverables.
Ensure a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all work products, taking accountability for completeness and consistency.
Communicate relevant client and vendor contract terms, changes, and updates to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Maintain the centralized contract repository and serve as a primary point of contact for locating and archiving executed client and vendor agreements.
Obtain and track all necessary approvals; help aggregate decisions made to aid in establishing precedents, standard business terms and acceptable fallback positions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
3+ years’ experience preparing contracts and supporting contracting process or a similar role within a healthcare setting
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to use these tools to manage tasks, track work, and support efficient execution in a digital environment.
Strong proactive communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and drive work forward with minimal direction.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and follow through while managing multiple responsibilities.
Proven ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities, adapt to changing needs, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working as part of a fully remote team, including collaborating across time zones and maintaining accountability through digital communication tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $86,000 annual. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
