ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Practice Development and Payor Account Management will lead the acquisition and growth of provider group partnerships that generate patient referrals to Array, specifically related to our AtHome solution and/or act as payors for referrals through integrated methods such as Epic Integration, Co-Branded Landing Pages, and CERM. This role is responsible for building a scalable B2B2C growth engine that aligns with Array’s mission to deliver therapy and medication management services through stable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify, engage, and close referral partnerships with provider groups, health systems, higher education, municipal, employer and other industry partners.
Educate potential referral sources on the value proposition underlying all of Array’s services, specifically articulating outcomes and results for patients and populations we treat.
Foster and optimize relationships with top partners, including payors, partners, and risk bearing provider groups.
Establish and maintain monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and operational alignment with new partners.
Drive partner satisfaction through proactive communication, service recovery, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with partner expectations.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies utilizing integrated tools and platforms.
Build and manage a pipeline of covered lives, tracking sales cycle duration and win rates.
Use CRM tools for account planning, activity capture, and performance analysis.
Collaborate to provide mentorship and guidance to account managers, account executives and others to support the growth of the AtHome service line.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s Degree required; Business or related field preferred.
6-8 years of experience in healthcare, particularly clinical or business development roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven relationship building within all levels of an organization.
High level of self-direction, motivation, and initiative.
Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
Business acumen and client management expertise.

Willingness and ability to travel for in-person meetings to visit clients, attend tradeshows, and leadership meetings when necessary. Likely not to exceed 50%.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $140,00 annual, plus commission. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
