What this means is higher performing CPUs, components, servers, and ultimately Data and Edge computing centers, all generating excessive heat that is increasingly difficult to manage with traditional cooling systems.
Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip, 2-phase cooling technologies that empower Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market.
Accelsius is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support the tactical execution of our supply chain operations. This role will serve as the critical link between engineering, vendors, and operations—ensuring materials and components are procured, tracked, and delivered with speed and precision. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement and requires a high-energy, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Role Responsibilities:
Tactical PO Placement & Management
- Convert requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs) with speed and accuracy
- Track order acknowledgments and proactively manage leadtimesto meet production needs
- Maintain procurement data integrity (pricing, delivery dates, vendor information)
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation (BoLs, packing lists, customs) is complete andaccurate
- Monitor shipments in real time and proactively resolve delays with carriers
- Partner with warehouse/receiving teams to reconcile packing slips against POs
Ad Hoc & Rapid Purchasing Support
- Source andprocurenon-standard or urgent materials for R&D and prototyping
- Managepurchasingcard transactions and reconciliations for quick-turn orders (e.g., McMaster-Carr, Grainger)
Qualifications for this role include:
Experience: 1+ years in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or administrative operations (startup or manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
Systems: Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and strong Excel skills
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate across all levels—from engineers to vendors to leadership
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Physical and travel requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Capable of walking and standing for extended periods on the warehouse floor
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5% or less)
