What this means is higher performing CPUs, components, servers, and ultimately Data and Edge computing centers, all generating excessive heat that is increasingly difficult to manage with traditional cooling systems. Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip, 2-Phase cooling technologies that empower and enable Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market for data services.

Accelsius is looking for a Sr. Inventory and Warehousing Manager to oversee and be accountable for all company product parts inventory tracking and warehousing. This position will report directly to the VP of Manufacturing Operations and the right candidate should possess the leadership skills and prowess to manage large scale product part receiving, kitting, transport, tracking, and storage for all company owned parts and product inventory. Additionally, this leader will identify opportunities for improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive future software or automation enhancements to improve efficiency with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow, speed, and safety of product and product part flows within the supply chain.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory availability and accuracy through collaborating with procurement, planning, and quality teams on part stocking strategies, forecasting, vendor support, and loss reduction
  • Oversee and manage direct parts warehouse and transportation employee goals, daily assignments, career development, and annual performance objectives
  • Support shipping, receiving, and incoming quality inspection functions and ensure associated procedures, work instructions, and any quality data forms are documented for employee use, training, and certification
  • Partner with internal or external teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements that improve inventory tracking, accuracy, and on time delivery of parts used for manufacturing, assembly, engineering, or field service operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement of critical KPIs, including in-stock percentage, order fill-rate, on-time delivery metrics, inventory turnover ratio, and days of coverage targets
  • Manage quarterly and annual inventory cycle counts for accuracy and financial control reporting
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying gaps and implementing strategic improvements across service quality, accuracy, and efficiency of parts management systems

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
  • Direct experience with enterprise level or ERP tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, Others, etc.)
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and managing workloads across multiple priorities, parallel tasks, and scheduled or unscheduled activities
  • Advanced experience and skills with excel, database systems, and data collection methods
  • Skilled in complex detailed data analysis and visualization tools with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and tasks.
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables
  • Experience in inventory process optimization, semi-automation, and/or implementing enhanced order management practices to maximize efficiency of inventory operations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments while managing multiple strategic and tactical deliverables.
  • Excellence in diplomatic problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining strong across group or business partnerships

Accelsius offers a competitive salary with equity, a full range of benefits including medical and dental, 401K, and unlimited PTO.
