Professional Services Manager
Interested in getting in at the ground floor of a new, disruptive company attacking an important multi-billion-dollar problem? Businesses and consumers continue to demand increasing data services at an exponential rate -- streaming, deep learning, analytics, loT connectivity, and more. What this means is higher performing CPUs, components, servers, and ultimately Data and Edge computing centers, all generating excessive heat that is increasingly difficult to manage with traditional cooling systems. Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip, 2-Phase cooling technologies that empower and enable Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market for data services.
Accelsius is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead the growth, optimization, and oversight of our partner network, enabling seamless delivery, integration, field service, and post-sales support for customer deployments. This role will serve as a critical link between strategic execution and operational coordination, ensuring partner readiness and capacity are aligned with our project pipeline. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide service offerings. As the business scales, this position will evolve into a leadership role with direct people management responsibilities.

- Identify, onboard, and certify ecosystem partners (integration, field service, deployment, warranty, and technical support)
- Develop and manage partner enablement programs, including SOPs, program documentation, and performance metrics
- Oversee partner training, manage certifications, and ensure adherence to established work instructions, build plans, and operating procedures.
Project Scheduling & Execution (25%)
- Coordinate partner resources to support customer deployments, aligned with the sales pipeline
- Assign certified partners to projects, schedule field activities, and track execution progress
- Monitor and manage deployment milestones, issue escalations, and personnel availability
Process Development & Risk Mitigation (20%)
- Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting to manage partner capacity, readiness, and availability
- Identify potential personnel or partner risks, and develop mitigation plans to avoid disruption
- Oversee compliance with customer-facing SOWs, MSAs, and related service documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)
- Attend key meetings (Production Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Contract Reviews)
- Align with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Strategic Engineering, and Deployment teams to ensure project visibility and readiness
- Identify noteworthy customer engagements, product deployments, and key milestones for marketing and strategic visibility
Contract & Partner Management (15%)
- Assist with partner contract execution, including PO placement, SOW development/oversight, and contract compliance
- Track partner pipeline and performance
Qualifications for this role include:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience managing services partners or ecosystem teams in a hardware/services environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project and time management skills with a track record of organizing multi-party initiatives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally
- Proven leadership qualities and desire to grow into a people management role
- Experience with field service execution or hardware services delivery is strongly preferred
