Lead Management & Qualification Specialist

Accelsius has developed a revolutionary Cooling Platform inclusive of direct-to-chip. These 2-phase cooling technologies empower and enable Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge customers to meet densification, performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market for data services.

Accelsius is looking for a passionate Lead Management & Qualification Specialist to join our growing sales/business development team in Austin, TX to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition, channel development, and revenue growth objectives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to kick-start their career in sales support. This position will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and organizing incoming leads from various sources, including emails, phone calls, and website inquiries.
  • Conduct initial lead qualification through phone and email communication to determine potential fit and level of interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM system with relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to prioritize leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and generating reports as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing lead management processes and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Prior experience in sales support or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional Customer Experience and Engagement Skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Presence and Experience
  • Ability to Work in a Highly Dynamic and Fluid Environment Across Multiple Functional Groups
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Collaborative Communications Tools for Presentation and Conferencing
